Visual Studio / VS Code
Visual Studio / VS Code has become popular .. but it causes
all kinds of issues, in an attempt to be "smart" .. so if
you have issues, please terminate Visual Studio / VS Code and
try to connect from a normal ssh client.
If you can reproduce your problem with a standard ssh client - eg.
- the native one from Mac OS / Linux
- the one from Windows Subsystem for Linux
then let us know - including hostname and the steps to reproduce the problem.
